👩‍💻Getting set up

These steps will help you make the best use of CurvX to efficiently deploy tokens backed by bonding curves.

Step 1: Install Metamask

Install MetaMask by visiting https://metamask.io and clicking "Get Chrome Extension" or "Get Firefox Add-On". Follow the prompts to add the extension to your browser. Set up a new wallet or import an existing one. With MetaMask, you can manage your token assets and interact with decentralized applications

Step 2: Set up Fantom Network

Open your MetaMask wallet and click on the network selection dropdown. From the options, select "Custom RPC" to manually add a new network.

For Fantom Mainnet, enter the following details:

• Network Name: Fantom Opera

• RPC URL: https://rpcapi.fantom.network

• Chain ID: 250

• Symbol: FTM

For Fantom Testnet, enter the following details:

• Network Name: Fantom Testnet

• RPC URL: https://rpc.testnet.fantom.network

• Chain ID: 4002

• Symbol: FTM

Save the network settings and switch to the desired network to interact with Fantom applications. You can now manage your tokens and explore the Fantom ecosystem on both Mainnet and Testnet using MetaMask.

Step 3: Launch your first token

• Head over to https://curvx.io/ and click Launch App.

• Click on Connect Wallet button to explore all the features of the app. Make sure you're connected to the Fantom network

• In the Launchpad section, enter the token details and curve parameters, and click on Mint Token to mint your first token.
